Terms and Conditions for the Participation of Pilots (Drivers) in a Motorsport Event

This Terms and Conditions document (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) is addressed to any person wishing to participate in the YUKA DRIVE FEST Gymkhana event (held in the United Arab Emirates) as well as the YUKA DRIVE FEST Gymkhana and YUKA DRIVE FEST Gymkhana Lite events (held in the Russian Federation) in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) as a participant in the competition.

These Terms and Conditions define the conditions for the participation of Pilots (automobile drivers, hereinafter “Pilot”) in the Event.

The Event Organizer is the company Yuka ADV pro racing – FZCO.

Each Pilot is required to review the conditions of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an application to participate, as well as through the act of participation itself, each Pilot automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees that all provisions herein and any associated obligations are mandatory.

The Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.yukaracing.ae.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the person applying to participate in the Event as a Pilot (hereinafter “Applicant”) confirms the following:

1. The Applicant acknowledges that they are submitting an application to participate as a Pilot in competitions that differ from standard vehicle use.
2. The Applicant has reviewed the Event Regulation published on the website www.yukaracing.ae and agrees to comply with it.
3. The Applicant agrees not to present or file any claims against the Event Organizer in the event of: injury to the Applicant during the competition; damage to the Applicant’s vehicle during the competition; harm to the Applicant, their vehicle, or third parties during the competition.
4. The Applicant confirms that they bear full responsibility to third parties in the event of any harm caused by the Applicant.
5. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Applicant from the moment of acceptance on the website www.yukaracing.ae.
