Yuka ADV Pro Racing and our clients actively participate in the most significant events in the world of motorsport, including RDS GP, NLS, RCRS and other key championships. This Terms and Conditions document (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) is addressed to any person wishing to participate in the YUKA DRIVE FEST Gymkhana event (held in the United Arab Emirates) as well as the YUKA DRIVE FEST Gymkhana and YUKA DRIVE FEST Gymkhana Lite events (held in the Russian Federation) in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) as a participant in the competition.
These Terms and Conditions define the conditions for the participation of Pilots (automobile drivers, hereinafter “Pilot”) in the Event.
The Event Organizer is the company Yuka ADV pro racing – FZCO.
Each Pilot is required to review the conditions of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an application to participate, as well as through the act of participation itself, each Pilot automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees that all provisions herein and any associated obligations are mandatory.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the person applying to participate in the Event as a Pilot (hereinafter “Applicant”) confirms the following:
